Dear Computer Lady,

Help! I really need the Computer Lady's genius on this one.

I accidentally added my daughter-in-law (whom I dearly love, by the way)

to my Blocked Sender list on Outlook Express.  And she's halfway around

the world with my grandchild and son, my most valued email contact!

I used to be able to delete names accidentally added to that list but

now I can't find the menu that lets me do that.

Just sign me...

Dear Grandma,

You are using Outlook Express for your e-mail, so here are the

directions for Outlook Express:

1. Open Outlook Express and click on "Tools" in the menu bar, point to

"Message Rules" and click on "Blocked Senders List" in the sub-menu of

"Message Rules".

2. This will bring up the "Message Rules" window, opened to the "Blocked

Senders" tab. On this page, is a list of senders you have blocked.

3. Scroll down the list until you find your daughter-in-law. Click on

her address, then click on the "Remove" button to the right.

4. Outlook Express will ask you if you are sure you want to do this,

click the "Yes" button and then click "OK" to close the Message Rules

Window.
